solutions for highly mobile healthcare providers by releasing a Palm Pilot based
Patient Charting product way back in 1997. Since then, the Company has come a long

document imaging, workflow management, and community focused portals for patients,
providers, and payers based on Continuity of Care Record (CCR), which can be hosted
on servers at secure Data Centers and distributed through an ASP Business Model
